Internal Reorganisation to Further Improve Customer Service

As part of our efforts to continually improve the services we offer to our customers we have made two significant changes to our internal structure.

First, we have created a new Professional Services Department within the Distribution Division. The new Professional Services Team comprises Training, Service Desk and Project Management functions, all of which now report to our Customer Services Manager.

Second, we have reorganised commissioning and technical activities into an organisation-wide Technical Services Department with a newly appointed dedicated Team Leader who joined us at the end of January. We expect both changes to very quickly impact positively on the services we provide.
