BCP is pleased to announce a new contract with ISS Facility Services. ISS Facility Services’ defence division has been awarded a multimillion-pound “super” contract to operate all catering, retail and leisure facilities at 14 Royal Air Force stations across the country.

The seven-year deal sees ISS take responsibility for the day-to-day management of officers’ messes, sergeants’ messes, junior ranks’ dining rooms, bars, coffee shops and retail outlets.

As part of the contract, BCP will be providing EDI software to exchange data with the ISS central accounting system and a store based loyalty application in conjunction with a third party software provider.

Additionally, the Retail Implementation team is contracted to deploy both hardware and software at the bases located in Scotland, with a potential for further software and services to the other bases.
